• Modular design: The servo system adopts a common DC bus architecture, allowing a single drive module to control two drive axes or servo cylinders, with flexible expansion of 1 to 12 axes.

• Space-saving and simplified wiring: Compared to single-unit servo drivers, the Smart-V9 saves up to 35% more installation space, reduces cable usage by 40%, and makes the drive-and-control system more compact and streamlined.

• Intelligent recognition: Pre-sets optimal parameters for servo cylinders and drive axes. The Smart-V9 is compatible with VINKO’s full range of servo actuator and robot  products.

• Easy configuration: A single interface allows setting servo parameters and motion parameters for all drive axes.

• Excellent motion and control performance: High-speed backplane data transmission with a synchronization speed of 400 Mbps and a module command update cycle of 62.5 μs.

• Compliant with IEC 61158 and IEC 6180-7 fieldbus standards, supporting centralized multi-axis control.

• Supports multi-group gantry synchronous motion and features an STO (Safe Torque Off) function with SIL3 safety level.

• Equipped with automatic gain adjustment and end-jitter suppression functions.

• Future support for graphical programming and script programming.
